How can i find the exact float position value?

Hey i'm TimeE.
I've searched for ages trying to found out how to do this but i couldn't find much.

Anyways, the problem i'm having is finding the float position value, i'm playing russia army so the exact number i'm trying to find could be anything from -200 to 1000. once i've found the exact number theres a little barrier i can jump on which the hight value is 50, so i would just add 50 to the exact number i'm trying to find so i can get one value then edit it.
