Cheat Engine

I started playing a french game, called "Tout le monde veut prendre sa place", whatever, it asks questions and you've to answer it in 15 seconds, and i saw that everyone is cheating.
So i tried to do it with cheat engine, did my score*8 to spot the value to change, but there's too much adresses.
And i tried that speedhack thing, but it doesn't work, coz it's an online game.

ANY HELP? I just want to pause the countdown! Smile

try to search timer in float value... so, wait that the timer's value decrease, and on the next scan search for decreased value.. you must repeat this steps until you have few addresses in list

try the speedhack and set as speed 0.5 for half speed and 0.1 for 1/10th speed

Why not freeze the game, find out and copy the answer, then paste the answer once you unfreeze?

It may happen that the time is counted on the server and in that case, speedhack and freezing will not help. Freeze the game for a few seconds and look at the timer. If it will jump a few seconds immediately, there is no simple timer as in offline games.

You can also set a hotkey in CE for freezing/pausing the target process. I for one use it a lot so I have a hotkey for freezing the process.

Impossible, if the game sees that the countdown is blocked it stops the game.
so thank you for helping me eventhough i can't cheat Smile
