So i just finished installing Win7 i think?
What should i check just to make sure everything is okay and ready?

Install and update all drivers if necessary.

Yep, install drivers and make sure everything is being recognized as it should. (RAM mostly)

Check Device Managers. Anything that isn't properly installed will show up here as far as hardware goes.
