How do I cheat?

I have a little problem here.
every time I use a cheat with cheatengine it works but seconds later internet/fire fox/chrome/... everything crashes.
I don't know if its something with my pc or internet but if you have/had the same problem and know a solution pls tell me.

Perhaps the edits you're making to those programs are wrong

If you're following a tutorial, make sure it's not older than 12 hours, because it will be out of date and won't fully function if it's older
