At times I feel my bandwidth is being used up by another computer and I never know which one. I usually go to the router configurations page and check which computers are currently connected. However, that does not tell me much. I then proceed to do a speed test on all computers connected and they are usually unanimous. Sometimes all computers have ridiculously slow upload speeds and I don't know what is causing it.

How do you guys monitor your network activity and bandwidth?
