Hi guys! Here my first post:
So, I'm on the game: Nexus The jupiter incident. Since Cheat Engine 6, I'm be able to found the exact value from the ressource (4bytes by increase/decrease and changed/unchanged). Those ressource are only available during briefing before begin the mission.
I see this value change exactly (on CE 6) as the number of ressources in the game. But when I try to freeze or change the value, nothing happen in the game and ressource still moving when I use it.
After a some search on internet and the forum, I finally learn that what I found, was only the display value. So I just would like to know, how to found the real address from this address display value ?

There are plenty of tutorials on here that explain what you want 2 do ...
HINT: "What writes to this address"

Oh! Thank god, that the Hint I needed! I gonna check this out, thank again!
I'll be back if I get some difficulties to understand some english terms and maybe ask a light translation. (;

It's finally not easy at all for me. I checked a bit but after a long time reading, I didn't get exactly what I should found. I mean which address I should looking for. I'm at my maximum of my english knowledge
I got my display address, right click on it, "Find out what writes to this address", I make the change In game, double click on the opcode...so what next now?
How many step I need again? I leave a screenshot of where am I. Hope it's help and I doesn't disturb anyone with this :/ .

I gonna check this.
Edit: I checked Float and double, in only 2 scans, there is nothing founded.
About this screen:
So, you can see on the right down, the display address. The value is 10 for ressource in the game.
To record this information in the opcode, I added 4 ressources in game.

No, this address is not green. I founded this one a log time ago, someone talking about nexus and saying this:

Resource point values, just get it to one of them through changing equipment and do a 4 byte search for the number to the right of the - . Hope this helps someone. |
