|
|
When scanning for the GFWL bypass segment, I can find it using a regular AOB scan with the read only option checked, infact it finds 2 results. However, when using a script, it finds nothing at all. I'm using 6.0 and curious as to why this happens?
EDIT:
Weird I re-downloaded cheat engine and it works now, maybe I had an older version of 6.
Ah, it was the MEM_MAPPED option under scan settings that some how interferes with this, i do a lot of cheating in emulators so I normally have this checked.
Why does this affect read-only scans?

weird, it should not interfere. At most it would find more read only regions
I'll check it out

Were you able to replicate the problem? I'm curious as to what was causing it.
