My internet was fast when i got home but now it takes 1minute to load CEF

Either your isp is throttling you or you got someone downloading heavy. My internet lags on upload and idk why. If I download at the max speed it gives me, I still don't lag. Then if peopel play them farm shit games from facebook or youtube, I also lag. I guess its really a bandwidth thing. I'm trying to figure how your ping is so low though.

Do a tracert, most times when your internet is slow your ISP is not directly to blame. Packets travel from computer to computer via hops, one of these hops or transfers could be the reason for your slow down. Usually this occurs due to some hardware or software updates, and traffic is rerouted through other avenues.

Mine was doing the same thing a few days ago, a couple router resets and it was back to working correctly.

Hero: Same with my uploading/downloading. I really don't understand why our download bandwidth has to be affected by our current upload speed... anyone know? Especially when there's such a massive difference between the two caps, like 800KB/s down and 60KB/s up for me.
