Logically, how would you attempt to use Microbiology to prove evolution? My first idea is about how some bacteria become resistant to Anti-Bacterial solutions, which in then starts Natural Selection. Is there anything else that helps prove some of the stand points of evolution?

As always, not sure what you're getting at. I don't know what anti-bacterial solutions has to do with natural selection or evolution.
From what I understand, when cells multiply, the DNA has/can have mutations. These mutations can either help survival or prevent it. Obviously, mutations that promote survival are passed on, and over much time these "good genes" build up into what we see today.
This is why Geri is so focused on the negative aspects of the world. Those who didn't pay attention to bad things were less able to prevent them, which removed their carefree genes from the pool. It's why humans are greedy, yet compassionate... greed and compassion work together to form a balance that promotes survival. It's why roses have thorns, marijuana has THC, wolves form packs, you get the point. Nearly every feature of a living being that isn't completely new, exists because it helps that species' survival.
On a microbiological level, natural selection is not caused by anything other than time itself. It is a guarantee that all living things eventually "die", so if it weren't for "good mutations", these livings things would not be around today after the 3.5 billion odd years that their common ancestor came into existence.
And yes, all living things including humans, animals, plants, even cells all share a single common ancestor. In other words, all life has the same parent if you trace the ancestry back far enough. The reason being that two or more lineages of cells could not account for the remarkable similarities in all living things.

You gave me a pure definition of my question. But is there any argumentative proofs at the molecular level(RNA/DNA) that are able to prove evolution?

Evolution is caused by good mutations. Mutations are essentially a mistake in the DNA copying process. Most of the time, these mutations are bad. But once in a while, there is a good mutation that helps the survival of the species. Due to them surviving longer, they have more chances at reproducing.
I don't think there is any way to prove evolution exists, anymore than you can prove that the moon's gravity causes the tide to go in and out. It's just that evolution is the best explanation we have, and there's very little evidence that something else exists.
I'm not sure what kind of proof your looking for. According to what you asked, the best thing I can tell you is that DNA does mutate when it copies itself, and then you put common sense into it and realize it's entirely possible that over time, one of two of those mutations are going to help that species survive and reproduce, making it more likely to be around in the future. That doesn't prove evolution, but it makes it the most likely reason we have life today.
