How do I cheat?

Hello everyone.
I use CE for a long time now, but i need a bit of help.
There is a game server called metin2, I can hack the run speed, attack speed and attack range, but I can't hack the money and xp. Is it possible to hack money and xp somehow? If yes can you please explain me how can I do this?
I also wonder why it's so easy to hack run speed for example and not xp, somebody explain me please.

Could be they are server-sided. Tried packet editing ? may or may not work.
