Though each has that through put more than likely that 80 kb/sec is max for those devices, meaning it's not cumulative.
As for speeding it up, you could do what I do. My motherboard has 2 NIC's, I have one set RX only and the other is TX only. You can find it under the advanced settings of Device Manager right click the device, select Properties, click the Advanced tab and you should have access to settings on the device itself, this does include wireless.
I strongly suggest you make note of any default setting before you go adjusting a setting here and don't fully understand it's impact, this way you can easily revert changes. _________________

I don't define that as 3 connections as the way you have it hooked up 2 wireless and 1 ethernet is still coming from a single ISP.
Some people will have 2 ISP and a dual wan router. They use this method for backup purposes in which if one ISP fails the other will still be operational. If both fails, there's nothing you can do about that.
You can also combine both ISP to achieve higher download and uploads. _________________
