I got my OCZ Vertex 2 today. It's amazing and I absolutely love it. However, for some reason it doesn't seem to want to display on my acer x223w. Works fine with my shitty viewsonic CRT secondary monitor, but not my primary. I have an ATI 4870, and I'll download the newest drivers once Comcast decides to start giving me internet again (currently on my phone). I never had this problem on previous installations, usually the standard Windows drivers were fine in the very beginning. The weird thing is that, usually, Windows detects it, however the monitor still says no signal.

Ok, do the basics:

Make sure the DVI/HDMI is plugged in. if your old monitor uses VGA and the new one doesn't it could be a driver isue, if not then I doubt it, check if you have the driver for your x223 and if so obv install it.

If it doesn't work I'll see what we can do from there.
