Don't get OCZ ram.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231190&cm_re=g_skill_ddr3_1333-_-20-231-190-_-Product

The power supply probably won't be powerful enough depending on the video card you choose. You aren't going to use integrated, are you?

This is more worth it:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103871

It leaves more wattage/price headroom for a video card, so if you use it with a relatively low power video card like a 5750, you don't need a more expensive power supply.

I don't know about the motherboard.

Keep in mind that operating systems aren't free, Win7 is a hundred bucks.

That'll be plenty. I'm building something similar with a 460 and a 400W.

avoid biostar mobo at all cause, unless you want to deal with bios crashing issues for Am3 motherboard.
Also, look for low voltage ram, they work better as expected.

PhoX mentions a better PSU and instead provided a link to a CPU?
As for the ram you picked, I would have opt a single piece 4GB since that board only has 2 ram slots.

@OP
It's better off that you select a PSU with higher watter as PhoX has pointed out. This gives you more headroom down the road if your planning to upgrade or add additonal parts.

You can go with a Athlon II X4
Go down to a 500GB HDD
By doing this you save some money which can go towards a higher wattage PSU.

I meant, the CPU I linked to was lower power, so if he uses it he probably won't need a better psu than the one he linked to, which was 430 watts.

Awesome hard drive:
