| So I'm level 29, but I still get shitty teammates/enemies, none of that competitive 50-50 kills, with 100+ minions on everyone. It's either my teammates suck, or my enemies suck.

ELO raises when in premades, therefore the enemies you face will be better at the game, might be a premade or not, but your enemies will be better

Both my teammates and my enemies sucked this game. :D
Also ELO still exists in normal games, it just isn't shown.
