Never played Annie
Ashe is a good dps when played well
Garen is fucking amazing
Jax is also fucking amazing. I remember one match I got 54 and 4 with him (best suited to 3x3 but works well in 5x5 too)
Yi is also good in both
Never played Ruze
Warwick is better in 3x3

Yi is actually the best choice.
If you tank with Yi, you could get a good 1450 hp and then just stack Sheens on him for the extra damage boost.

I'd choose:
Mord, Jax, Ryze
