just for 1~2minutes then it calms down, for some reason it sounds like something stuck on a fan but i've checked already help please T_T

Take a vacuum to your fan, see if that helps, also check using speed fan if your fans are at 100%, if so lower them.

fan getting old

also check the fan in your psu

Your fans go at full speed until the operating system starts up, and tells your fans to lower their speed because the CPU load is low.

Normally it would just be louder, if you have dust buildup, it could sound substantially louder.
