not going to happen, it's currently completely fucking broken.
even the highest end machines are having issues, it's fucked. wait for a patch, and hope that they actually release one.
to give you an idea, if performance scaled linearly based off what i'm getting, you'd need about a gtx 480 to maintain 60 fps at all times on the lowest settings at 1280x1024.
it's also incredibly stuttery regardless of what your hardware is.

Recent patch fixes some issues with Black cOPS on multiplayer, although there's still shuttering and lag to deal with. Not really worth that $60.

| yeah, the latest patch seems to have helped, but performance is still not where it should be.

Wow, So there really is problems with the game huh. I thought it was just me.. Had to go back to the system default settings w/ max res to play without weird spikes..
