I plugged an iPod in and got NSIS error (this has happen multiple times)

Whenever I start up my computer now, it's fucking laggy. AS FUCK. This has happened 3 times to 3 of my computers. I literally can't even play them anymore. Google is useless and doesn't tell me how to remove it.

;_; what do I do?
