So far my choices are France, Japan, or the Netherlands.

They have giant lolicon statues set up over train tracks so you can look up and see her panties when the train goes between her legs.
But seriously, Japan is the most expensive place in the world, a meal at McD's is like $40 USD.

On the other hand, my trip to China this summer, McD's was pretty low-priced.

Well in Japan pretty much everyone knows a little English, so there's less of a language barrier then I'd imagine in France... Plus as long as you're in the safe parts of Tokyo everyone will adore you because foreigners are the cool new thing.
But in the country, foreigners = devils.

Hmm. That sounds comforting. But I don't want to seem like the typical Weeaboo who knows no japanese and only likes hentai etc. etc.

Yeah this, you don't need to speak Japanese, unlike France where everyone walks at 1mph.

Then don't wear a T-shirt with anything in Japanese written on it or remotely related to otaku... Just look like a businessman.
I dunno. \o/

Tell your teacher:
Je veux frapper ta cul dans la salle de bain, car t'es une mauvaise salope.
Ehh implying your teacher is a woman^
Otherwise that statement is just gay.
