AC2, it's stuck on "Establishing network connection" as soon as I click story mode. My internet is working perfectly, what gives?

Find out what IP it's trying to connect to and try pinging it via cmd.

Day three of no Assassin's Creed 2. I sent a letter to support, they told me they're fixing the problem and it won't last long. If they don't get it working by monday, I'm going to try and use a server emulator.

Server emulators work and work well. Just use it. It doesn't really emulate a server you pretty much just redirect traffic to localhost and you get a few files that the game expects when it connects to the server.

They fixed it that day, so I didn't bother. If it happens again I'll get an emulator.
