Basically I have 8 speakers and 1 Subwoofer and I want to play a movie on 8.1.

One question, how can I play on 8.1? The movie only support up to 5.1 and can't support up to 8.1.

P/S Im playing on AC Ryan PVR using my HDD.

As long as your player supports it, it should. But I don't think it will be true 8.1

You can't. You can get it to treat 4 speakers as one (probably the center and three other random speakers might work well) and then just do 5.1.
