Or any zynga games for that matter. If so, could someone kindly walk me through how I would go about using CE with such a game, preferably frontierville?

All games on facebook are stored on sqlservers which store your information on a seperate computer from yours...

meaning all information about the game is on their computer so you would have to have access to the computer running the server to change anything

Not quite, but you will ahve to decompile the swf and learn how to use AoB based hacking
