I know a bit about servers. Been working with a VPS for about 2 weeks... I'm not sure what all I'd need to know, but so far things are pretty easy to figure out.
I've got money, but if I was to spend it, I'd expect the investment to pay for itself.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the person you're looking for, but if you're unable to find anyone else better suited... my offer remains.

Like Up2 said, if I were to put money into it, I'd expect a return in cash flow.

Right now all I have to say is LOWER THE DAMN PRICES, lol. That's WAY too expensive. I only pay $85 a year for unlimited everything + a free domain for life.

But if you can't find anyone, I wouldn't mind to help. I could also find us some good clients up in HF.
