Hi,

I use a lot the pointer scan tool and it works well for me, I thought.
Until some days ago I got stuck when trying to scan in Tales of the Abyss.

When I found results and added them to the list, the pointers all ended up with P->????.
I thought the problem was with either the scan or the emulator but it was not.

The problem seem to be actually caused by symbol recognition.
When adding them, CE sets the address to :
pcsx2-r3113.exe+xxxx
Because au the '-', the symbol is not recognized and the allocation base is not added.
Removing the '-' is the .exe name seem to have resolved the issue :
pcsx2r3113.exe+xxxx

Could you look into it ?

it's a known problem yes. Next ce version supports adding modulenames in quotes so it won't get split up into two different values (that don't exist)
