For some reason, my account has been downgraded to a guest account. It's the only account on my computer, how do I bring it back up to admin? I'm on Win 7 btw.

Administrator must raise your account back to Admin status. I suggest leaving the status, it's much safer in the long run.
You could use a program to reset the admin password and login as admin and reset your account, or if you need to do it without anyone knowing. I would exploit the vulnerability in Windows 7's Win32k.sys. It's known that this file if properly exploited runs code in the context of the kernel, meaning you could spawn a shell and escalate privileges on your account.
That is if your parents dropped your privies.
If for some reason you are now unable to get back to Admin login, if you aren't authenticating at login, then try to boot into SafeMode, it will allow you to choose which user you are.

This is my computer. Nobody else uses it except for me. There are no other users on my computer, only me. For some reason I just added a password to my account and I noticed it's now a guest account.

I take it this happened yesterday or today.
You can try creating another Administrator account, the only way you will be able to access it is using either Safe Mode, or by navigating to where cmd resides, I am not sure of it's location in Win7, right click select Run As, select Administrator. Open Task Manager, select Explorer.exe and End Process or End Task. In open command prompt type in Explorer.exe press enter. This will spawn an Administrator Explorer session. It's like loggin in as Admin without loggin in. From here you have full system access to go and add another Administrator account. Once finished, open Task Manager select Explorer.exe process and terminate it. Once again open Task Manager select File type in Explorer.exe press enter and it will spawn the original shell you were in. Simply log out and then login with your newly created Admin account.
I use this at work to install printers and drivers or software on regular users machines. I find I can do it without logging them out, and it's alot faster than logging them out and logging back in. Takes about half the time.

Hmmm. is that from Safe Mode? Or just User Control in general? If you can manage the Users you could also try disabling Guest account.

The guest account was disabled. I went into safe mode and ran into the same problem trying to create an account.
I solved the issue though. I went into safe mode and changed my account to admin through netplwiz.
