Hi, im new anyways;

I have a Vista 32 Bit Hme Premuim computer, and i dont have admin rights so i cant run the CE installer

and i cant move anything to the computers program files folder (needs admin)

Is there any way i could have CE still?

~Dont have admin
~Cant install to program files.

No then it is not possible, since the actual CE exe demands admin rights to run.

Maybe some other (Worse) like t-search will work, but i do not know.

you can download the .rar version and extract it anywhere you want.
But don't forget to use a hexeditor first and change the text "requireAdministrator" to "asInvoker"

Of course you won't be able to debug games, but memory access might still work

Also, the installer doesn't force you to install to program files, you can install it anywhere. You can change that at the screen where it asks you to install to
