Is this your computer or a schools computer? If you use something to bypass or reset the Administrator password, you could be in serious trouble on a school network, expulsion possibly face criminal charges of illegally accessing a computer system. If it's your home computer worst case is you can't use it anymore.
Either way, most programs I've seen that bypass the admin password reset it based on the SAM file and the registry entry attached to it. You could try to run a Linux livecd and insert a program to log keystrokes for the administrator. You would have to remember to mount your Windows partition as writable or it will not work. Drop something into Administrators user folder to run on startup. You should also be able to mimic Administrator as the owner for the program upon install.
The benefit there is, if done right you have the admin pass until it's changed and no one is the wiser.
