So I ripped some program files for a program off a computer, but I didnt grab anything from the registry.
Is it possible to pull the serial from these files?

Nope, there's no way a properly designed program would store its serial alongside its operating files.

You might want to try searching through the files though, sometimes things gets hidden in configuration and cache files.
