Latest, probably not on max settings. Is this a desktop? If so you can upgrade the core to a Phenom II series core.

oya i have another problem with it. it doesnt work with my 5years old dell monitor why??

Different connectors maybe? The video card in the system may require a DVI connection. You can get a DVI to VGA connection converter for like a dollar at most computer stores though.
If not, possibly due to refresh rate settings or bios isn't configured properly for the video card and is attempting to push the video through the onboard connection. (If it has one.)

its doesnt have different connectors but its does work when i used a monitor with a hdtv connector

Make sure under Display Settings that the refresh rate on the card matches what your monitors refresh rate is set to.
