"Cain and able" using the APR tab can view the incoming and outgoing packet count for the network device it is monitoring, is there a way to actually view the contents of those packets?

You can not directly do that with cain, but as we speak i ill try to read cain with "wpe pro"

EDIT:
nope wont work Sad

Try something else like ettercap (presuming you are after http)
