I recently took a picture of a guy scamming me for 200,000,000 in a video game and I'd like to know if I could get the picture back because I took it forgot to put it in paint and copied something Sad

Unless someone has some supersecret knowledge, I've never heard of being able to retrieve things like that.

print screen is like making a copy. Onc you copy again, the old one is gone.

For all thing copied, the system temporarily stores into the clipboard.
You may want to try a 3rd party program and see if you can recover your previous clippings.

As I've notice in XP, the clipboard keeps a history, but won't let you view the contents.
