I recently took a picture of a guy scamming me for 200,000,000 in a video game and I'd like to know if I could get the picture back because I took it forgot to put it in paint and copied something _________________

You're fucked.
Unless someone has some supersecret knowledge, I've never heard of being able to retrieve things like that. _________________

For all thing copied, the system temporarily stores into the clipboard.
You may want to try a 3rd party program and see if you can recover your previous clippings.
As I've notice in XP, the clipboard keeps a history, but won't let you view the contents.
