I apologize for my English if u don't understand this post.
I got a question about RAM.
If my RAM is PC2100 DDR and i bought a PC3200 (I don't remember what type) then i installed it to my PC. What would happen? Will my PC going to be screwed up?
Another question:
If i got 2 RAM sticks installed in my PC, the 1st one is smaller and the higher one has more, will the PC get damaged? For example, the 1st one is about 256mb DDR and the other one is 512md DDR2.

DDR and DDR2 are usually not backwards compatible (some mobos do offer the function though, albeit very rarely these days), so I'm going to doubt that you'll be able to fit 240 pins into a socket designed for 184 pins. Besides, the incisions on the PCB are located differently.
Matching PC2100 and PC3200 would work fine I think, as both are DDR. Usually the memory would clock down to the lowest bus speeds, so your 400MHz memory would automatically clock down to 266MHz to match the lowest speed.
You might want to consider a new computer build if you are aiming for future gaming, as I assume your build is quite old using DDR.

What is your budget? Would you prefer to have a netbook+desktop combo instead? IMO laptops are still overpriced for their performance compared to desktops, but I guess mobility has its costs.

Well you don't really build a laptop. It's extremely difficult and complicated (compared to building a desktop), and there are a billion things that could easily go wrong. You're pretty much stuck with buying one if you really need a laptop. Plus, laptops that are meant for gaming are ridiculously overpriced. Even if you travel a lot, you could still do a desktop. Your choice though.
