Arctic Silver 5, or Arctic Cooling MX-2, and Tuniq TX-3

The MX-2 performs better than AS5, so really just research.

How much are you planning to overclock your cpu ?
If you're not overclocking, just any regular thermal paste will do.

Artic silver 5 will be suggested over and over, get some. Thermal paste is normally only like 10 bucks for a tube.
