no, 1 pay and that is it. it is not WoW
and I pay for gas too |
But you have to pay for other 2 campaigns which include different units, you have to pay full price again if you want to play in another region with a friend, say Asia if you don't have that region already.
Just wait till Diablo 3, they'll soon start making you pay for the amount of hours to play.

Thats beside the point, would you be happy if you enjoyed a game to find out that if you want something new in the game, you have to pay full price again?
