I recently got patchsetup70700.exe and it has gotten explorer.exe fucked up some how I manged to get Opera running and I can't close/start any other programs the taskbar doesn't work and ctrl+alt+del can't start/close any process! I don't have any back ups and I'm forced to use VGA because my laptop screen is broken.

Put in Windows OS disk.

Boot from it.

Select restore.
