I know explorer is necessary, i don't know about any of the other things.

On a somewhat related note, whenever i try to play TF2, it says "OS Paged Pool Memory" in the top-right, and it's crashing randomly, last time i tried to play it crashed after 7 seconds.

And when it crashes, it (like when it ever crashes) changes the resolution to 800x600 but now when i try to change it back, it says i have to restart the computer.

You can increase your paged pool memory, I think.

Should help. Google it.
