What are you gonna do with it.
Games, HD movies, etc.

Prebuilts usually come with a 300W PSU, and a $80 graphics card isn't gonna be a power hog, so I wouldn't worry about that.

Write for what PC you want that card.
Processor
Motherboard
RAM
PSU - power supply unit [box at the back in which power cord is plugged in] (Wattage and (more importantly) Producer)
This is important because sometimes users want to buy a graphics card that is too powerful for the rest of PC (and than you're just waisting money).

Get an HD5570 or something from alternate.nl.
I believe it's 82euros right now.

These are the only things i could figure out..
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60GHz 1.60 GHz
2,00 GB Ram.
And a Radeon 2xxx series video card. (Don't know which one precisely)
If he would buy a better video card, would that make a lot of difference while playing games?

Also, your dad plays games?

Yeah he does, he loves command and conquer games, and also likes shooters, he prefers sniper games.
Would adding more Ram be a smart choice too?
And is a HD5570 video card a good choice?

The 5570 is consider to be in the lower-middle of the pack and comparing to your dad's current card, it will be a major improvement.
If I were you, I'll start with a HD5670 and work from there.

Alright thanks, I'll look into the HD5670.
Although you said it would be a major improvement compared to my dad's current card, I didn't post what card he has tho.. :')
By the way, the 5670 had 512MB of ram, and my dad's current card has 1Gig ram, does less ram means a worse card?

You posted that his has a HD2xxx series which is 3 generations old. but your right as maybe your dad has a high-end HD2000 series card which I doubt since I used to have HD2900XT which requires a large psu as it eats up 2 power connectors-a 6pin and 8pin.
Go to your dad's computer, download and run GPU-Z and post a screenshot here.

512MB is more than enough unless you play in 1920x1080 and up and even then it is sufficient for most games.
