Alright, so this just happened earlier:

My PC just stopped working when I restarted my PC. The DVD Rom LED Indicator keeps flashing and flashing, and thats just it.

Then, one time, a weird screen appeared, saying "intel" with different colors on it. Weird.

Anyone know what is the problem of this?

Also, I removed my DDR, then started the PC. Weird, the CPU didn't make any funny noises. Is it the motherboard?
