Alright so I need an external HDD (at least 2tb) and it needs to have USB 3.0 ports, and preferably decent reviews.

I was looking at this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236187

but knowing me, there's probably something better.
Any suggestions?

I hope we have 1tb SSD soon that don't cost as much as the down payment on a car. Then we can enclose them and have sex powered external SSD.

usb3 more convenient.

Anyway, this is more for archiving my anime/os'es/etc... It's got more than sufficient speeds for my needs.

Gonna buy the 2tb drive probably tomorrow at Fry's Smile

I do, I'm going to bring it with me a lot. It's not going to be glued to my computer, I'm actually going to use it.

I'm going to be archiving many things, but watching it many places.
Like anime. Gonna store lots of anime, but probably watch it everywhere (like school)
