Is there a theme or something that makes my taskbar show only the icons of my programs?

XP/Vista, use quick launch icons. Win7, right-click taskbar > properties > use small icons.

No, I mean how do I remove the names on my programs in the taskbar and just put in icons. I forgot how to do it.

Actually, I searched Vista remove text from taskbar but then accidently closed the tab. So i just manually wrote it in a rush.
