|
|
Whenever I change a page on a site and then change back, the page never reloads.
For example...
i'll be on /b/ or something and I change a page then go back to page 0 and the same topics will be there.
or
i'll post a reply here on CEF and when i return to the page, there are no new replies unless I manually refresh the page.
How to fix? |

This isn't a problem, this is how Firefox normally is...
When you access a website, it is downloaded.
When you go somewhere else, and then click back, all it does is show you that already downloaded page. _________________

i don't mean click back.
What I'm saying is that pages don't refresh when they're supposed to. For example when I post this msg, it will ask me to return to thread or to the forum. If I click return to thread, then i'll find my reply already made. However, this isn't happening. Instead of seeing new content, i'm stuck with what I originally saw when I entered the page.
as for on 4c.han and such sites, the page always refreshes when you click on a new page number. However, that's not happening with me. When I click on a page, it stays that way regardless of how many other pages I check.
For example: I check page 0 on /b/, then page 1, 2, or whatever and then 0 again. All of these pages will only load up once. If I revisit them, they'll be the same unless I refresh manually.
On all my other browsers, the page refreshes when its supposed to. |

If you can't figure it out, try fully uninstalling Firefox (keep absolutely nothing, no profiles or saved settings), and reinstall with default settings. _________________
