So recently my computers PSU died, and recently I have replaced it with a new one (Corsair 650W) hooked up everything easily enough, and after I was done hooking everything up it went into post and said "CPU FAN ERROR" I ended up finding the fix to that problem, but when I was in my computer somehow the CMOS fell out, I found it and put it back in. Now everytime I start up my computer it fails to Beep, go into post or anything.
Everything seems to running successfully... I am pretty stumped on this problem, it would be of great help if I could get some tips on this.

The battery rarely falls out...
It's like 1:1,000,000,000,000
CPU FAN ERROR usually means the plug to the CPU prong isn't plug in.
Might be a short?
Check your PSU connection.

Thanks for the reply.
I did a few more tests and unplugged the fan to see if my CPU would heat up at all, unfortunatly the CPU wasn't heating up, so I am to assume that my CPU is either dead, or not receiving power.
I don't think theres a short and my PSU is working fine...
