I think 6GB is fine.

Considering the graphics cards I'm going to get are going to have SLI and be relatively powerful, I'll need a bit of power.

If this is a gaming rig 4gb is all you need. The mobo is a tad overly expensive, but i guess because its an i7 people feel the mobo should cost as much as the cpu? The HDD is down right tiny, but its so expensive because its a veloci? Damn dude, this is one seriously over priced rig. Does the OS need the 10k rpm drive?

Kick the veloci, and only get a 700w psu unless you want to do extreme OC sli'ing.

SSDs aren't very available from the retailers I get my stuff off.

Considering I'm going to have a lot of important documents and files on there and I won't be moving my computer around.. I'd rather have them on a HDD. Simply because I know they are more recoverable if the drive is damaged at all.

Off the nVidia website, the minimum power for having one is 600w.
Considering I'd wishing to go SLI at some point; I'd rather play it safe with an 800w PSU.
