Uninstall it. If that doesn't work, reinstall Opera. I had this problem on FF once. It didn't work untill I reinstalled it.

Other flsh sites work, just not youtube.

I've got the same problem with chrome, only way to watch a video with it is to visit the uploaders channel.
Only browser that seems to play videos is Firefox.

I'm on opera. I think I'm on the latest version but I don't have any problems with youtube. You should really try to reinstall opera and flash.
