Is it possible to use CE with Flash Player 10 games? Some newer flash games require 10 and do not support older versions, so the x8 method or double methods do not work.
The way through remains undiscovered, perhaps?
It seems like searching the value * 8 works partially in Flash Player 10 if you modify the value after only one scan (Of course, you'll usually get many values after only one scan), but once the value changes, the value seems to jump to a different address.

yes , but most programmers now obfuscate/encrypt the values, but games where there is no encryption the values are stored as float. you could disassemble the swf and find the encryption algo and reverse it .

I suppose I'll try scanning in float because I have no clue as to how I would try out what you suggested! I've only followed a few tutorials with ollydbg that involved reversing old programs if that even relates to what you're talking about xD
Thanks for the reply!

sorry , i ment decompile the swf , not dissassemble , there are programs that will do that for you so you can see the actionscript and in there you can find how they encrypted the values , but now with things like mochiads encryption the whole swf is encrypted so you'd have to decrypt that aswell , its just not worth it in my opinion.
