The other day I was dual displaying using my other monitor with my laptop and then i got the frozen white screen on both.

Today, it happened again but the frozen white screen only happened on my laptop.
It happens at random times, usually after 2+ hours, never happened before 2hrs. Also the lines are sometimes the same every time or different
Guess now its not a connection issue and not a overheating issue either
What could be causing this?

If the concealment just have white glow and no picture, it can be that the LCD controller board (part of the LCD panel) is not effort the 5VDC from the logic board (ribbon telegram came off), or the noesis supply problem due to failed caps. I adopt that you are effort the same termination when it is connected to other PC. You can unstoppered it up with proper connections of wire.
