Is there a safe way to find out who is appear offline and who is blocking you on msn?

No, they're hidden for a reason, and yes, the little mini profile when you roll over tells you if they've blocked you.

Are you sure that isn't whether you have them blocked?

Pidgin is one of the most popular Messenger Clients other then Windows Live Messenger. It's safe but I much prefer Windows Live Messengers GUI.

Well does that mean that you can also check if someone deleted/blocked you with Windows Life Messenger? If so, How?
