Horizontal gray stripe of 3px or 2px.
The fact you have no text area and it seem to be much more a refferal page.
The menu is not made of Image and in the middle of the page.
You have no background image.

The concept.
The position of the link in the menu.
--suggestion--
Add a text box make it of images and code it.
Add a background images.
Add a colors to your menu when the mouse pointer is hover the button.

The point of this page is to be as simple and clear as possible. The only tools I used were HTML and CSS, which makes it very fast. The line is fine.

The line is terrible, your colors are inconsistent.
Also, the words are all squished together on a lower resolution.
Great idea though.

Incosistent? I wanted to use darker colours, I find them to fit well together. And I know about the lower resolution problem, I can't make CSS set positions based on another object.

My point is you're not using darker colors.
The line should be white like the text, or the text should be gray like the line.
What I would do is make the text and line both gray, then add another line underneath them all, make it really thick, like 25px, and make it white.
Photoshopped example attached, except it would obviously be better.

The words look a bit low-res, and imo the words on the left should alternate on either side of the line, not have the line go through them.

I can't use any other fonts beside the ones that come with Windows.
