For knowledge.
There is only so much you can do with what the Cheat Engine tutorial
has to offer and I don't feel satisfied with finding values and freezing
them and things like that. I need a challenge, I've been coming on the
forums way long before I signed up and it's all child's play. I've seen
people post way more complex lines of coding and stuff, obviously they
haven't learnt that from the tutorial so I was wondering, what can I do to
further my knowledge?
I'm contemplating downloading an e-book on C++ but I wouldn't know what
to do with it, I've done all the 'Hello World', number generators and calculators
and things like that, they're not really that much fun.
Any suggestions?

Try starting out programming with Python. There's a Crunch Course based on an MIT OpenCourseWare intro to CS class.
Once you've got basics, you can check out the python challenge site (not only for python mostly) or get one of the Programming Pearls books to learn to code better.

You might also wanna check out Lua and Garry's Mod .. It's easy to learn, and it's fun because you can test it in GMod (to actually see a result) - This is only if you need better rewards and a stronger feeling of "holy crap I actually made something".
