On 1.12.1 Private Server (Not blizz official)

Found the address for a certain buff by starting with an unknown initial scan, casted the buff, changed scan, unchanged several times, buff wears off, changed several more times, recast buff, changed once, unchanged several more times.. repeated until I found the address.

I would try to freeze it (attempting to make the buff last infinitely) and it would freeze until the next second on the buff time ticked, then unfreeze.

Any way around this? I was told this should work to freeze a buff and make it last infinitely.

Seems like u need to restart your computer. Then try it again. Hmm i think somewhere the process of scanning got messed up ... so that`s why. Rolling Eyes

Restarting your computer should make it work.

ok i dont get this, why does this post need three of the same answers?
the answer isnt even right

find out what writes to it, then make it jump to your own place where you can modify the data, make some register checks if you need to, then make it jump back

You can possibly do this because it is a private server.
But you need to have the right address, Then the rest is like what dezuzi explains.
